Hi there! My name is

Mathieu Johnson.

I’m currently an undergraduate student at Stanford University. I am in the Coterm program, meaning I am simultaneously obtaining a Bachelor’s in Design and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.

Product design and engineering have interests of mine since high school. In particular, I’ve been working with 3D printing and modeling since eighth grade. Whether it be making quick fixes around the house with Fusion 360 or teaching an after-school class in TinkerCAD, 3D printing is becoming and increasingly important tool in both engineering and education.

While I was born in Seattle, I’ve lived most of my life in Northampton, Massachusetts. I speak fluent French and analyze elections as a hobby. From living in the American northeast, I’ve had the privilege of being in an area with a plethora of outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and skiing. I also enjoy cooking and baking!
